Walker will be available. The Flyers got him pretty much as a throw in and have done a tremendous job increasing his value. Reports are they want a 1st. But let’s be real, he’s an undersized D-man with only 1 good year of play. A 2nd and a 4th is more than fair. Drysdale takes over in Walker’s absence, if he hasn’t already.

1- we’d have to want him first of all
2- we’d have to move someone out to give him a slot
3- idk that we’d want him. Even if he’s better now, we saw him suck badly for a while with the Sens- might just be a bad taste in our mouth so to speak

His game actually came together in his year in Pittsburgh. Google Ceci in Pittsburgh and you’ll see some scouting reports. That was the year he started “getting it” and why the Oilers thought he’d be a good cheap bet to fill in as a Top 4D. In the time since, he’s done top 4 and top pair usage as an Oiler.

I think there is a chance that the Flyers can get more for Walker, but I would be fine with this return.

There’s a chance. But I think his size holds him back from being a premier TDL add for a lot of playoff teams. Unfortunate, cause his size doesn’t really affect his effectiveness.
