Last thing Columbus wants is RD. Jiricek would actually demand a trade if Jarmo made this move.

We'll keep our "A" wearing hometown guy with another year left on his deal, thanks.

Way too much to dump Campbell.

Way too much for Walker. He’s worth a 2nd and 4th. The flyers can ask for a 1st all they want for the undersized defender with zero playoff experience and only 1 good year under his belt , who’s a rental, but I doubt they get it.

Also Broberg is worth more than one 1st. Flyers fans have no idea about the prospect.

True he’s worth much more than late 1st. Oilers wouldn’t trade him for a 1st nor should they. He’s a guaranteed NHL top 4 who’s one year away from being a regular, currently dominating AHL competition.

for the flyers he holds significantly less than a late first. the left side of their d corps is sanheim/york/zamula/andrae for next year. if the prospect is not a center, they are saying no

Philly says yes to that IMO. Also, move that entire Campbell trade to Philly and we'll throw in Laughton for your cup run, Add your 2024 2nd for some retendtion on Walker. Thats an overpay to dump Campbell imo

Campbell, Broberg, 2 firsts, Tullio, 2nd, and a 4th in exchange for Laughts and Sean Walker at 1/2 retained. Done deal

Don't see it like that...that trade would get it done. Maybe take 1 of the 1sts and replace with 2 seconds gets it done too. No one is going to help the Oilers.

Oilers literally don’t need help. That’s why were buying Campbell out in the Summer or keeping him (.935 in last 7GP btw). So teams that don’t want to “help us out” can just keep saying that to themselves over and over and not take free futures for their unused and unneeded cap space (only 3.8Mx3 to take Campbell on btw).

You forget that if they buyout they will be paying out for 6 years. All the while they need to give big raises to Drai and McJesus.

Lol so what. It saves us money on the first 3 years then it’s only 1.5M in years 4-6. In years 4-6 the cap will be over 100M, so 1.5M is like league minimum guy. Easy easy buy out.
