As a Habs fan I take that deal and starting running

Scherbak = 1st rounder
Fucale = no value
Davidson is not exceptional but let's say he's worth the 3rd round pick
Dumping Plekanec for free.. nice...

There is no way EDM is giving a 1st round pick for Mtl left overs.

I'm also a Mtl fan,
I guess you are not signing Draisaitl, can we have him?....
Plekanec = 2nd round pick if Mtl keeps 2Mil$ from his salary;
Scherbak = 4th round pick at this time. He still has to prove he belongs to NHL.
Davidson = 5th round pick or worse;
Fucale = 7th round pick if lucky.
