I don’t think it’s overkill, both guys will command a lot on the trade market. Krebs doesn’t really have that first round pick stand alone value anymore. He’s really more of a reclamation project at this point. He’s worth probably a second rounder. Laughton will command a first.

Mittelstadt is not someone I’d be trading right now. First he’s the only forward we have that consistently produces, and second, he loves it here and wants to be here. The trade above doesn’t return enough either.

The team should re-sign Mitts and then trade Skinner @50% or look at buying him out. I think the best of Skinner is behind him. While he can still score 25/30, we have to remember he is 32. It won’t get better from here.

Keep Laughton far away

I’d rather play Krebs at 3C than Laughton

The Preds trade is pretty bad

1- Fabbro isn’t the kind of defenseman we need, we already have Jokiharju

2- he’s also not good enough (3rd pair) to be the main piece in a trade for Mitts

3- and we aren’t trading Mitts anyways
