LA Fans--Would you accept any of these Guentzel deals

Created by: GoGuinsGo_18

Description
Would you accept any of these deals? If not, what would one look like you would accept? The one including Roy that's just to clear cap space for you. I don't think you'll be able to resign him and he's on an expiring deal so that's just clearing space for you but it's not necessary. But you'll see I'll leave how much cap space you'll have after each deal (give or take with your current IRs)...Would you need something else coming back in the Turcotte ones or is he just off limits in general? Would you guys even be willing to mortgage your future for this year or are you happy going into the playoffs give or take with what you currently have? Maybe include a 4th coming back in the Turcotte, Kaliyev one or a bottom 6 F. What are ya'lls thoughts? Also can include Ned in any of them if you need more and want some G depth. And Pens fans would you like LA as a partner?
Trades
1.
PIT
  1. Kaliyev, Arthur
  2. Roy, Matt
  3. Turcotte, Alex
  4. 2024 1st round pick (LAK)
Additional Details:
You would have approximately 2.2 million in cap space with your current IRs which would give you plenty of space to add more depth
LAK
  1. Guentzel, Jake ($3,000,000 retained)
  2. Ruhwedel, Chad
  3. 2024 4th round pick (PIT)
Additional Details:
Ruhwedel just to give you some experienced RD depth since you're losing Roy. Roy doesn't really matter I just added him to clear space for you and bc his deal is expiring but you'll see with the other deals you could still make it work (you'll just barely be over the cap) without him if you really want to keep him for your playoff push
2.
PIT
Turcotte, Kaliyev, 24 1st. This deal would put you 90k over the cap with your current IRs. Is Turcotte off limits? I figure with Lizotte you already have a capable 4c for this season but don't know if moving Turcotte leverages your future more than you're willing to....?
    LAK
      Guentzel 50% (3 mil) retained
      3.
      PIT
Kaliyev, Lafreiere, 24 1st. This would put you 70k over the cap with current IRs. Would you need a bottom 6 F coming back to replace 2 bottom 6 wingers? You might have to throw in a late round pick imo then.

No chance the Kings move Roy for Guentzel. Highly unlikely they move Turcotte either.

With Arvidsson back, and Lizotte / Grundstrom set to come back from LTIR eventually the Kings can't afford most trades for him. He's not where they likely will be looking. I think they want a veteran depth left shot defenseman and potentially an upgrade at goal. I think there are teams that would offer this for Guentzel but don't see it being LA.

Echoing my esteemed friend, this is a pretty tantalizing prospect:

          Guentzel - Kopitar - Kempe
          Moore - Danault - Arvidsson
          Byfield - DuBois - Fiala

but I just don't think that our cap structure could support it.

As far as value goes, I'd like to get away with #3 but in my heart of hearts I think #2 is closer to fair.

Always appreciate seeing your insight on the site let me start with saying that. You are very fair and reasonable in your responses to trades across the entire league really and it's obvious that you know your stuff. Yes imo the trade that would be most fair and that I would prefer as a Pens fan would definitely be the 2nd one as well. I haven't watched a ton of him but I think I'd also likely accept Turcotte Lafreriere and a 1st, although from my novice perspective on LA I feel like Kaliyev still might have the higher ceiling. Either way I greatly appreciate the input and for helping me get a feel of LA's psychology and perspective entering the deadline.
