I wouldn’t bet on any of those trades. We get Kane at that number I’ll be stunned.

Ya... They were all just signed. But possible. None have really solidified a spot in the lineup.

Depth. The whole team is depth. They might need him at some point.

The likelihood of a 4th rounder turning into a regular NHL is very small. It's really not much of an ask. The RHD market so barren I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Can't really see a spot for Kostin in Chicago next season. Value to take him is fair. Just don't see where he fits in the lineup.

Duchenes days of being a center are pretty much over. Chandler Stephenson maybe but idk how many off-seasons in a row we can spend 5+ million on a center.

CHI accepts. I think they could find a spot for him.

I wouldn't rule it out; the guy has made so much money in this league he probably thinks more about where he wants to be than $$$$ at this point.

If he's happy in DET he could very well take $9m over 2 years.

This is my thought as well. Top organization and gets a bit of term heading into season 19 at age 36

Also not 100% clear he can really get more on the open market. He's aging and one-dimensional. I'm a massive fan of the guy but let's not fool ourselves into thinking he's still a top-10 elite superstar.

Ya, true. He's getting some dot time with injuries in Dallas. Ras and Copp could swap spots. His production is what I'd be after.

Absolutely no need for Duchene but the rest looks realistic enough.

I doubt Berg is playing on the 4th line, if he's not traded.

I don't see anyone wanting Holl which is fine considering how thin we are on the right side. Maatta I can see being traded maybe not to Carolina but to a playoff team. If anyone is in on Kostin it will be Edmonton but we will probably have to take someone back which isn't a problem if the player in the last of his contract

Compher has done well as the #2C and I think he will be fine until Kasper or Danielson are ready. I'd rather see them go after Trenin and bring Roy home over signing Desharnais and Bogosian. Seider, Roy and then Holl or Petry would be better than what we have now.

Ya, Roy would make a lot of sense over another forward and Desharnais.

If LA doesn't extend Roy just about every one will be after him and that could get expensive fast.

Yeah Roy would be a good add.
