Hey Whisper,

The BOG has reached the conclusion that Casey DeSmith was never the property of Pittsburgh and should not be on your team. We realize that this is not your fault or the current Pittsburgh GMs. You should try to work out some compensation with the Pittsburgh GM to resolve this issue. If you can not come to a fair agreement within the next few days, the BOG can work out compensation for you.
