Not exactly worth it for Buffalo. That still wraps us up in 7+ mil a year for 3 years and an extra 3.5mil in 4 years time while literally down grading from a minimum 20 goal scorer to a guy that hasn’t scored 20 total in the last 4 years

Sabres save 1 mill and lose 50 -70 points. No it's not worth it, that pick has 0 value as well. They could buy out Skinner and get better value. We can do basic math, even GMKA could

Sabres replace 9 mil Skinner with 8 mil Goodrow.
Rangers replace 3,6 mil Goodrow with 4,5 mil Skinner.

Horrible trade, and Pegula would never retain that much for that long. You would need to change that 2nd into a 1st and take Barclay out.

Oh no you have to take on a top 6 forward for less than 5 mill a season...the Rangers would jump on this 100 out of 100 times this is beyond a fleecing
