I can see Drury targeting a team for a 2 for 1 deal to try and get a 3C and winger at the same time

But then again, no one knows what he is thinking lol

Think the Caps could get a little more from Edmundson but more than that, I have a feeling Aube-Kubel may not end up being moved. MacLellan insinuated he didn't want to move players for low prices and the org (and ovi) loves Aube-Kubel. Taking NAK out, a 4th and a 6th seems a tad low but not too ridiculous for Edmundson, I believe MacLellan would at least consider it.

I think Drury could target Edmundson since it was reported they wanted a big defenseman for depth. As long as the price isn’t bad

Edmundson will definitely be gone by the 9th, and he seems a bit like a Lavy player anyway. The fit is certainly there.

Plus he is LHD? I don’t think they need a RHD since they have Fox, Trouba, Schneider and Edmundson could fill in for Gus

But as for forwards, literally no idea who Drury is looking at and all these “insiders” are throwing names out there hoping 1 sticks
