Murray’s not close to be healthy enough for game action. He’s still in the early stages of his rehab from a legit injury that required surgery.
Same for Klingberg. He tried to play through his issues but was noticeably hurt and had surgery that the doctors told him to be out for the season.

They’re not circumventing the cap.
