    I think Vancouver is willing to keep Mikheyev.
    Trading him doesn't make sense.

    I think you are about 1.5m off in what Lindholm’s AAV is going to be. Hes likely getting the same deal as Scheifele is my guess.

    I root for the team that’s going to have the cap space to sign him outright and put him right in between David Pastrnak and Pavel Zacha as opposed to the third line.

    8 years vs 7 years. Same/about same total money. Potentially helps Van a bit with AAV.

    Things change, but the reality is that’s 10.5m less in the first 7 years and 3.5m less overall without time value of money in play or the opportunity with Pasta.

    I would imagine that things will be very awkward with both Lindholm and Debrusk
