I'd take Korpi back but you have to take Elvis. The other two are a wash.

The goal for CBJ is to move one of Elvis or Tarry to make room for Jet in the next 1-2 years. Maybe Ivanov or some other guy shows out in the interim, but that’s where things stand for now.

I don’t want Korpi’s added year. and as much as I’d love swapping Elvis for Forsberg, I know that ain’t happening.

Either NJ or DET gets desperate and does something stupid, Elvis and Campbell get swapped, or CBJ ride this out and see if someone improves, or gets buried/claimed.

More fair? Hard to tell, Elvis has been average until recently, and Tarasov has been bad until recently, where he suddenly turned into prime Price. It's probably "fair" as is, or Ottawa adds a mid-rounder for the best/youngest goalie currently, and for sending us the longest contract of the bunch.

However, there's certainly no appetite to rehash Forsberg or Korpi, especially at 29 and 31. CBJ just keep Tarasov to see if his recent play can keep up, and likely have a couple of him, Greaves, or Ivanov as the long-term future tandem.
