oilers pass. even if he would waive his NMC which he wont. the oilers would not move him he is to key to the build of the team.
RNH pks, on the pp, plays center or wing. give the oilers flexibility to play dri and mcdavid together.
If you look back at the brief times he was hurt in recent years the pp and pk numbers go down drastically.

he is just to important to move and is on a value contract.

Edmonton has Skinner already, they aren't in the market for a starter. And they wouldn't trade Nuge for one if they were... and Nuge wouldn't waive his NMC either.

And DeBrusk is a UFA.
