Sean Durzi's Qualifying Offer is $2 million, so the Maple Leafs would be the only one of 32 teams in the NHL tendering him that figure inasmuch as he's had three nice seasons in a row and is still only 25. The Coyotes invested a top-40 pick in him, so I don't see them in particular getting outbid for him short of a ridiculous offer.
You're below the QO on Dellandrea and Raddysh, so those are no-goes, too.
Abruzzese would be behind Lundestrom, Groulx (both already in the NHL), Gaucher and Mysak (in the pipeline), not to mention Terrance (unsigned), on Anaheim's depth chart at center, so the Ducks wouldn't invest more than a fifth in him.
