Personally i think walkers 4.5 mil could be better spent on two 2 mil d men or a 3 mil guy and another JJ type at basically league min and then we could scratch jones and keep LOC as well

Jones plays like johnson. He's not as hefty and JJ tho lol.


My original trade before had LOC going to Florida for mikkola. If you take away walker you can actually sign mittelstadt long term and get another top 9 forward.

There are parts of Woods game I like, but locking in long term at that dollar amount for a player who is as brutal defensively just makes zero sense. I know he's got lower end 3rd line offensive production, but his defensive play limits him SO much imo, he's better suited for 4th line time, and that contract just isn't viable on the 4th line.
