The Bennett trade would have to be contingent on him agreeing to a contract extension or the trade doesn’t go through. Not at that price.

I find it hard to believe he'd sign an extension in Buffalo. There's really no incentive save for a heavy overpayment.

Colton gives the same production for $4M and change and is already signed for three more years.
