I like the blueger signing but I feel like it’s redundant if you grab smith too. Unless you maybe send Joseph packing ?

Think the Caps just hold onto Dowd. No one in the Caps system is really capable of doing what he does, at least not yet, though Malenstyn might be there in a year or so.
