Good to see Johnny getting another chance. Being one year for little salary makes it team-friendly for the Sens. I'd take him as my 3LD over Borowiecki any day of the week.

This is an okay signing. It will be good if he doesn't reach his performance bonuses and the coaching staff doesn't overplay him.
He is a bottom pairing defenseman at this point in his career and shouldn't be playing against top competition. He can be a very reliable third pairing LHD, nothing more.
