No one is paying that much for a guy who is seen as a complete liability in the playoffs.

Marner isn’t made for pressure at all, in Nashville hed go there and be a playoff beast and he will for most
other teams just because hes not in the spotlight which is sadly true

Neither player does anything for us, at all. We actually don’t want to pay Jarnkrok 2+ million

Not sure Pat would want to move Frank anyways

We have multiple guys that are better than him now and more that will be better in the next year or two. He would be like LW12 for us overall

You know what is sad, the fact that you think 22 playoff games in 3 years is a good thing for a team with this much talent. The whole roster needs to be revamped and the culture needs to change if the Leafs want to be considered a cup contender and it all starts at the top with dumping Shannahan and his Shannaplan. After that Mathews is the next biggest issue, his me first attitude and p*** poor leadership isn't what the Leafs need to be a championship team. The roster needs an overhaul, building from the net out will allow for deeper runs. Getting a goalie like Saros is a great start, add a couple of bigger heavier D like Anderson and Parayko would do wonders for the team. Nylander, Tavares, Marner, Domi, Bertuzzi and Knies should be good enough to outscore the opposition if the D and G are improved. Adding another center like PLD, Lindholm or Lundell would also be needed as well.

I never said it was however it's not Marner's fault. Saying he doesn't show up because it's just not true.

This. Nothing here remotely worth shipping Vatrano before the season starts. We’ll wait until the deadline and gladly just take picks because these players aren’t adding any value to ANA

Don't listen to that type of noise, Marner is not a physical player he shows up in other ways. Some people just see a skilled player who makes the game look so easy and think because it's so easy for him, he must not be trying.
