If Marner is Gone

Description
I highly doubt he waives his NMC, so this could all be a moot point. If he does waive it, my assumption is that he would want to go to a playoff team that is also a big market.
These teams are: Bruins, Oilers, Kings, Islanders, Rangers, Canucks, Golden Knights
I doubt the Oilers or Golden Knights would be interested. No way the Leafs trade him to the Bruins. The New York teams don't have a lot of cap to play with, so I believe that elimates them.
That leaves the Kings and Canucks. Both teams have over $20 million in cap space, but the Kings have a lot of spots to fill with that money. Canucks feel like the most likely spot for Marner.

Vancouver doesn't want Marner especially at that cost and the cost to re-sign him. We become Toronto west if we do it.
