as a sabres fan hard pass on that trade. no interest in trading you a center that can play in every situation for an aging over paid goalie. our goalies save percentage was slightly better and he's 8 years younger. if you can land jt then that's awesome for you guys but you want oreilly look at our teams needs. you got give something to get something.

i agree with everything you said, but you cant really complain about getting an overpaid goalie if youre trading away a player who is even more overpaid

Yes. I'd rather over pay for a young guy who will play for 10 yrs then one who's gone in 2 ... especially as BUF. Their not making a cup run this year. They're still building up.

O'Reilly brings lot to the table. I'd consider him less over paid then Ovy, Towes, and many other players.
