Nice value for Ehlers, but unlikely Winnipeg goes all futures.

They're both futures. The haven't been impressive yet in the NHL, so they have more value based on what they could be aka futures.

You are way overrating Tkachuk. Trading Peterka + Kulich + the 11th pick is insane.

Also too much for Ehlers. He's not getting both Rosen AND Ostlund.

MASSIVE overpay for Teddy Bleuger, especially to put him on the fourth line.
Fleecing yourself in the Winnipeg trade and Sens trade.

It sounds like you don't know the difference between "futures" and" roster players"?

None of those players were proven like Dubois other than Iafallo, who jets fans seem to all want out btw..
IF you dont think jets accept that in a heart beat you dont know anything about prospects or hockey ops in general.

I'd probably do the Tkachuk one, maybe it would be a better idea to look at a guy like Crouse instead, but that's a dynamic that's just not present in the organization, and I want somebody talented enough for top 6, not just some 4th line plug. Not super interested in ehlers, I thought he was extended, but I don't see it listed, which makes him a rental, and obviously a first, ostlund, and rosen is more than teams are gonna offer here.

They already did it though, no need to do it again. Tbh I'm okay with futures being part of the package, but the absolute last thing the Jets need is more forwards of any level.

Only players that have a hint of being available the Sens would have true interest in is Devon Levi or UPL (obviously Dahlin and Power would be too, but not even going there). The 1st is a good chip, but the other 3 players aren't proven enough yet to even consider trading Brady.

I'd just say that Buffalo fans should give up on thinking about Tkachuk - compare this package to ones Bruins fans throw out there with Carlo, Ullmark, and 2 1sts and it pretty obvious which one the Sens would take for Tkachuk.

not enough for a divisional rival to be able to pry Brady out of OTT, they decline
