Nick Suzuki is listed as C, but plays both C & RW.
Alex Belzile is listed as RW & C, but plays all 3 forward positions.

I guess more of a suggestion more than anything.

Rather than state a player is "LW,C,RW". Why not just say C,W or W,C?

Any player who plays all 3 positions isn't being shifted to each position on a regular basis and most players who are all 3 positions, fans only ask to have it modified because its an eye sore knowing the player is on the RW right now but is listed as C, LW for example. It would eliminate the need for multiple position labels for these players and would keep the nomenclature down to 2-3 letters at most.

Being labeled C-W / W-C / W just seems more aesthetically pleasing to me also than (LW,C,RW), (RW, C), (LW,RW) etc

Tomas Nosek has been playing a lot as a center for Vegas but is currently listed as LW, RW.
Also, Zach Aston-Reese is listed as C, RW but is playing on both wings and hasn't played as a center since coming to the league.

Poehling has played every game in the NHL this season on LW. I think it's time to add that to him.

Nick Cousins plays RW in addition to C and LW.
Alexandre Alain hasn’t played center since turning pro, and has played mostly LW this year.
Alex Belzile plays LW in addition to RW and C.

Source? Looking at his faceoff stats, looks like he rarely takes draws.

Vancouver Canucks

Elias Pettersson: Hasn’t played wing since junior, should only be C
JT Miller: hasn’t played center all year, order should be LW/RW/C
Loui Eriksson: RW/LW (has primarily played RW this season)
Sutter: C/RW (no longer plays center)
Schaller: only LW (not a centerman)
Josh Leivo: primarily plays RW
Lukas Jasek: also plays C
Guillaume Brisebois: LD
Jett Woo + Jalen Chatfield: RD

Jonathan Drouin does not play centre period, the order should be LW, RW
Nick Cousins has mostly been on the wings, change his order to LW, RW, C
Jordan Weal has also mostly played wing, his order should be RW, C

Paul Byron has been playing centre on the penalty kill for some reason, so the order should be LW, C, RW

Colorado Avalanche

Seems like JT Compher has become a permanent centre, so maybe switch the order to C, RW

Ottawa Senators

I think Colin White is back to playing centre, so, again the order should be C, RW
Drake Batherson is not a centre period, so just RW

Edmonton Oilers

Tyler Ennis is not a centre period (as well), so just do LW, RW

New York Islanders

Otto Koivula seems to be only playing centre, so how about C, LW, RW

Be prepared, since this will be big

Buffalo Sabres

Marcus Johansson doesn't really play centre, order should be LW, C, RW

Detroit Red Wings

Seems like Fabbri is a centre for DET, so C, LW.

Florida Panthers

Acciari and Boyle are both centres. C, RW and C, LW respectively.

Montreal Canadiens

Weal hasn't played any centre if I remember correctly, and has spent the entire time on his wing. RW, LW, C
Just because Mete plays RD in the playoffs doesn't mean he's a RD. He's a LD.

Well thats it for now lol

Dawson Barteaux (Dallas Stars' defenseman) is listed as being left-handed, but is actually right-handed.

Certain websites have Calle Jarnkrok listed as an RW, and EliteProspects lists him as C/W, so I think he might play all forward positions, so I think he's LW/C/RW.
