Oh wow
That trade w Buffalo might be the worst I’ve ever seen on here

To actually think they’d give up Cozens for a 3rd pair defenseman
And hold $2mil in salary

Wow, that’s just crazy

The Canes don't have the money to pay Necas and getting Armia (talented 3rd line) and a reliable 3rd pair defenseman with 2x 3rd pics is more then the Canes are going to get in return in real life.

Cozens is over paid @ 7.1 Mil$ and would be a peace of mind for the Buffalo Staff in getting rid of this contract. But he still has a good value and Mtl would let go of one of the best NHL enforcer who is actually good offencively as a defenseman. He is a good hockey player while being a top enforcer. That is rare and all teams are hoping to get someone like this. Actually, Mtl is going to ask more then Cousins to let him go.

I don't have money to put gas in my car, it doesn't mean I am going to give it away for a used tampon and 2 cup a soup. Jeez people.

All I can say is that "daydreaming" is an understatement. That Cozens trade is downright hallucinatory.

Nuthin' personal.

Any other crap you want to pile into the Zegras offer? You don't want to dump Gallagher too?

This is all fun, specially seing the fans emotions when proposing trades...lol

If I am looking at a player, it is for sure because he has value to my eyes and seing the fans reaction going nut tells me I am right about the value.

It doesnt mean this trade could happen, but it is still fun to the te emotional reactions...

I think Zegras has strong chances to move if Anaheim gets filled with what they see fit

Mailloux is a gem, Barron and Engstrom are going to be good 2nd pair defense, Anderson is the price to pay to get those guys. The 3 pics are there to close the deal. Would that be enough to get Zegras in Mtl, I'm not sure but it is a little overpaid I think.

I think Mtl should keep all these players, as you’ve basically announced that you’ve traded an entire team for “underperforming, overpaid” players

Teams never trade to get their team weeker. It is always the opposit. The trades I proposed are all making both teams better.

Anderson is included = Easy pass for Anaheim

There’s nothing here we want and we’ve said what he want 10,000 times on here, that probably isn’t even an exaggeration at this point

If Couzins is that good, then keep him and give him a 10 Mil$ contract for 65 Pts next time...

Couzins was barely seen to make a 4th line in the NHL. I'm really happy for him to be a 2nd line center in one of the worst team in NHL or could be a good 3rd line center in a good team. But 7.1 Mil$ a year is not right. Just keep him and be out of the playoff for another 20 years.

Good thing he’s already locked in at $7 million for the next handful of years. So they can enjoy him scoring 30 goals a year for awhile. If he were overpaid you wouldn’t want him.
I’m sure you’ve been watching him in the world championships, which is why you’ve posted this.

Yes, he does
Which is exactly why the Sabres would never even consider a deal like u propose
They aren’t moving Cozens, and they certainly aren’t selling him off for scraps & holding $2mil

Sorry dude, but that’s nuts

Didn’t the Sabres have a better record than the Habs this year ?
