Trades
1.
PIT
  1. Skinner, Jeff
Additional Details:
PIT gets someone who could fit next to Sid
BUF
  1. Acciari, Noel
  2. Smith, Reilly
Additional Details:
BUF saves $2M in cap space and opens up top six space for their younger studs. Smith can play either wing, up and down the line up. Acciari fits in nicely next to Krebs on the 4th line. Smith expires after this year so the following offseason they save $7M

Additional Details:
Any team wanting to move a bigger contract with 1 year left -- PIT either gets cheap or get assets to take it. I feel WPG moves Iafallo to use his $4M elsewhere

Sure, then even consider buying out Smith and use cap space somehow

I don’t think PIT would do it.

They STILL couldn’t afford the sign Reinhart & trade for Buchnevich fantasy of yours

The Sabres are gonna be good- REALLY good
Just are really unlikely to make the kinds of moves u guys wanna see this offseason
U guys gotta wait for the kids to grow up a bit more
You’re still the youngest team in the league ffs!

The salary cap is a real thing in hockey- it’s not the NFL, Lol

Maybe if BUF retains half. Otherwise PIT tells you to go sit on a door stop.

That wouldn’t make sense seeing as we are eating 2 contracts in return to begin with. Any retention would require actual compensation in return
