That’s not how RFAs work. Kakko returns at least a 2nd and a prospect

I wouldn't trade anything for Kakko rn, there is a good chance the Rags won't even qualify him, just wait and see what happens between now and July 1st.

    I would order them…

    1. Kent Johnson
    2. Kirill Marchenko
    3. Yegor Chinakhov
    4. Cole Sillinger
    5. Alexandre Texier
    6. Alexander Nylander
    7. Jake Bean

…but also depends on what team needs would be

I doubt Montreal's dislike for Carolina means a dislike for Don Waddell. If anything, Waddell's departure means he no longer works for a meddling megalomaniac, who took the Aho offer sheet personally. Dundon pressed Waddell to pay a king's ransom for Kotkeniemi, which was clearly a big mistake. He also made extending Rod Brind'Amour a question all season, injecting unwelcome instability.

The NHL won't let Dindon have it all his way. They're the next team for Atlanta.
