Do these trades even work on NHL 24? Doubt it.

I don't care about your degradation of my fun lol But I have to wonder if the guy who smelt it, dealt it regarding the trolling here.

Just to be factual, both the Islanders rostered players in this trade are rated higher than the Anaheim players traded in the game you mentioned according to the website that has that crap listed (I don't own the game or a system in which to play it). And the Isles are giving up their 2 #2 picks, as well. Maybe not as lopsided as you're making it out to be, If you're Anaheim fanboys and don't like giving up your youth, I get it, but I'm not Anaheim's GM, so don't you get all hot and bothered, now.

That's the defense you're coming in here with? NHL24 has them higher rated? And 2nd round picks somehow close this difference? This is lopsided as all hell and no where near fair value, you are absolutely fleecing Anaheim.

Of course, this site is to have fun. But most people here are looking for trades at least a bit realistic, and these clearly aren't. Here's why :
Anaheim have no depth and are nowhere near a playoff spot hunt. It makes no sense for them to trade young players that are still getting better for veterans that may not be able to help the team for long.
At this point, both Carlson and McTavish will bring performances for many years to come. Horvat and Pulock don't have as many years to give.
Even if Anaheim wanted to trade Carlson and McTavish, they would not get full value since they are yet to reach full potential.
Also, most people (expert and not) believe that both Carlson and McTavish will be better than Horvat at their prime.

Thus, this trade brings nothing but misery to Anaheim, hence why it makes no sense to do, hence why it's unrealistic.
Hope this helps.

Absolute delusion from top to bottom. islanders are giving up the equivalent of a washing machine for a kings ransom on both trades. comical stupidity here

Should probably get it so you can have your fun there without getting upset when people explain to you how far from reality your post is. Or you can just make your teams for fun and not publish them.

That is ridiculous on its face. Perhaps, you're taking this WAY too seriously, then?

Also a questionable statement and bordering on dubious.

It's not a defense. Did you read the thread? Guy said it wouldn't work on his video game. I found out it would. That's all.
God, I would love for that trade to happen in some form, now, just to hear you guys lose your frigging minds lol
