If Brady is going your way then I’d imagine Swayman would be in Sens colors.

McAvoy

Should’ve just drafted him in 2016, I don’t think swapping Brady out for him is the redo the Sens need.

Not convinced it would make either team better as well. Adding an elite piece in one area but creating a massive hole in another to the point that both teams are probably asking themselves if theyre any further ahead.

Elite RD beside Sandy would solve a lot of issues imo lol.

But at what cost 😭

Genuinely think there aren’t pieces in place to prop the offence up without Brady. They’d have to have a major fa addition lined up to make it work but if they figured something out then I’d be 100% behind it. Hard to imagine a better player being returned on a swap.

McAvoy is it. No way the Bruins do it. The Sens should jump at it though. Any Sens fan that doesn't hasn't watched Boston enough.

I think everyone in the league is on the same page of what type of player McAvoy is. My point was just that I don’t think it’s realistic.

I pointed out the issues for Ottawa but it would be the same for Boston. If you moved McAvoy out, you’d be adding a massive piece up front but then you’re stuck trying to fill 25-30mins of elite play from a RD… which is just about impossible.

If Brady goes to Boston I’m sure they’d make sure it’s literally any piece other than McAvoy or Pasta that’s moving.

I don’t understand why people believe Brady is on the block.

The Jackets already have far too many wingers and so are not about to pay assets for another depth winger.

Only thing on Boston we’d trade Brady for so all these Brady to boston posts are just as delusional

if tkachuk gets moved i think it would likely be for a collection of futures. i don't think there's any hockey trade out there for a guy like him.
