Offering way too much for Theodore! Like more valuable to Vegas is the 1st and a solid prospect! They would have little interest in JVR! As per TVR, if Leafs had interest wouldn't they have been better to have picked him up in free agency rather than now give up assets?

Vegas said they aren't trading Theodore. Which makes sense. He is probably the player on their team that has the most value. Why would they trade him for a 20-30ish Overall pick, a bottom 6 defenseman, and a rental that will leave them in 1 year.

And adding to what other people has said above, JVR has a NMC can list 10 team no trade clause...you could bet on the roulette that Vegas is on that 10 team no trade list!
