i can guarantee you that OTT would not want either of these players/prospect as a center piece (quinn) or at all (cozen) in a Brady deal.

rofl, Quinn is Norris 2.0 and Cozen is a 7M 3rd line player. OTT would have ZERO interest in either player as a center piece in a Brady deal, god that would so awful the NHL would block the trade.

rofl switch Brady with Mathew and Brady scores 100 points easy and Mathew don't even reach 80 points in OTT

Skinner just reduces from the value here. Overall, I don't see any trade like this between Ottawa and Buffalo. And Quinn, if (hopefully) healthy, will be one of the best our forwards, he already scores a lot of points, he's smart, and he plays defense. I'd easily give up Peterka first, not Quinn.

Well Brady is a very good player too but Matthew is a better in defense, that's important considering Buffalo's roster and how poorly our forwards play defense. Also Matthew has been a better scorer than Brady so far. Bill Zito is a damn good GM when he pulled off that deal and many others. And our clown owners could have hired him as GM, he interviewed for it, but they went with Botterill.

MK is a leader. He drags his team through the playoffs with broken bones.

Brady is "so tough" but can't handle Ottawa and even gets into scuffs with his teammates lmao,.

The gap between the two is pretty significant

Mathew has scored 40 goals twice, both times on teams in the top 10 in the league at the time or ended in the cup finals, Brady has scored 30/35/37 playing on a team that finished 25th, 20th and 25th, put Brady on a team like FLA or COL or any of the true top teams he would score 40-50 easy and reach 100 points. Put mathew on a bottom dwelling team and he will not reach 80 points, hell he only got 88 this year on a cup finalist Panthers team (only got 26 goals this year).

Thats the cost for divisional trade, and because were directly competing with you for the playoffs. Otherwise theres no deal to be made for Brady and Buffalo.

Any Tkachuk proposals seem like a waste of time - there's no reason to not believe Staios when he said they're building around Tkachuk. He's the last piece they're going to deal short of a dispute brought on by the player demanding to be traded. For Sabres' fans to think they can get him is like thinking other teams will get Dahlin from Buffalo.

Quinn is at least 6’1 and from Ottawa. I think ottawa would want the hometown boy at all costs

The pegulas have made so many awful decisions. I try to think about what would have been different if they had hired a head of hockey operations after Murray, but it's too painful. Imagine if they had somebody to keep the pegulas out of the kitchen for the last decade.

I meant points in general, not just goals. All this is hypothetical talk, there are players on bad teams who score a lot of points. As I said, I like Matthew more as a player, including because of his two-way game. I like Brady too, he is a great player, and he is a rare player, like his brother.

Yeah, that's why it doesn't happen, and Buffalo and Ottawa are bad trading partners.

Oh, I know he's from Ottawa. I was just saying I'd trade Peterka first over Quinn (in any trade, not necessarily here). I just don't think this whole Tkachuk deal is happening with Buffalo. Ottawa would want too much, Adams wouldn't do it, and that's it.
