        In my view…

        Zary > Rossi

Only saw each play a couple of times this year, but was really impressed with Zary.

        Coronato = Rossi

I don’t think we have seen the best from either yet, but I would probably put them in same boat.

        Rossi > Pelletier

Don’t think I am going out on a limb here.

        #9 pick > Rossi

Obviously risk, reward calculation is different for everyone …but ought to get more back for that pick than Rossi

(I would also check on Frost…if Flyers are moving him…might be a bit cheaper too)

Our own 1 is too much
        Pelletier is not enough
Late 1st/2nd/3rd is probably too much
Coronato is probably the fairest of the bunch.

If we traded Coronato, we’d have more interest in Holtz then too

I’m not much of a Frost Fan tbh

Frost needs to be set free. I have always gotten the sense he has restraints on playing there.

It sounds like Holtz is trade chip for a goalie…don’t know if we would switch him for another prospect.

Habs may be a team that could buy Coronato. They seem to be eager to buy highly rated youngsters ready to make a jump. Could also stick him with Farrell again…had a ton of success playing with each other. Islanders also looking for some skill up front.

I think Minnesota is looking for bigger body (healthier body) than Rossi and plan to use Yurov at center. Maybe Honzek? (Don’t know where he stands in Calgary hierarchy).

        Fair

Let’s see what we can work out on a Markstrom deal or perhaps CGY sends picks instead

We’re not really selling Coronato or Pelletier, but if it filled a positional need I’m sure we’d consider it. Similar to MTL, I’m fine with buying Prospects to speed up the re-tool

Maybe Honzek, but I don’t really know either because we like our Big Bodied guys too

Minnesota easily says no to all of them except your 1st and you aren't trading your 1st for him so no deal to be made here

Russo is already walking back his trade Rossi reporting. Said the Wild are no longer looking to move him and can afford to see what he does this season.

Calgary won't be giving up 9th OA for little Rossi.
