Honestly, Duchene is the only bottom 6 addition I think is actually an improvement. Wahlstrom has potential but after 6 points in 32 games needs a rebound to be a sidegrade to Puustinen, and a big step foward to be an improvement. It's possible, but I'd like to keep Puusty in case he doesn't.
Also, the Rakell deal is horrendous for the Penguins. Raks is a capable top 6 winger who wasn't 100% healthy for most of the season and Kostin is the 3rd best player in the deal by a pretty noticable margin IMO.

Graves is a dump, Rakell is something worse.

Rakell needs a 1st and a 3rd to dump that mess of a contract.
Graves needs at least a 2nd
