2627 Cup champs

Team: 2026-27 Philadelphia Flyers
Initial Creation Date: Jun. 11, 2024
Published: Jun. 11, 2024
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
1. Flyers trade TK, Bonk, #12 (2024) to CBJ for pick #4 (select Demidov)

2. Coots improves in 24-25 compared to 23-24, still not good enough for his contract. Gets traded to Detroit for a 2026 3rd.

3. Flyers trade Sanhiem and a 3rd to Ottawa for Chychrun.

4. Farabee still sux, gets traded to LAK.

4. In 24/25, Fedotov proves he’s an NHL caliber goalie. Flyers resign him.

5. 2026, Ersson gets a contract and proves he can be an NHL starting goalie. However, with the goalie factory that the Flyers have, he gets flipped to Buffalo.

6. Tuomalla becomes a solid 3rd line, gets flipped to NSH for a 2026 3rd.

This probably will look terrible to y’all lol, it’s relatively challenging to create a future roster of a current rebuilding team 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Buffalo has no need for a goalie, have their own pipeline, and have too many picks already. Not to mention need Byram himself. Easy pass

Normally I’d say the jackets won’t trade 4OA but I would accept that trade

I'm tempted for CBJ - it just depends on how they view their draft list. If they are set on going for one of the top-D prospects, I doubt they move. If they are looking at the C/F market, I could see it.

Bonk looks like he has real T4 potential, Konencny could be great (depending on the extension he signs), and we could still get a great prospcet at 12OA.

My thought as well. If laine is gone TK would be a good replacement. Bonk would give us another RD prospect behind jiricek and 12OA they could trade or get another solid prospect
