Ranger trade offer is delusional and Drury doesn't even consider that nonsense. Makes you a counter offer of Brodzinki and a 3rd round pick for JT Miller with 50% retention.

TB isn't doing that Jeannot going will be cap reasons and gaining that little is useless. Jeannot and Sheary go to free up Stamkos money

Tampa agrees if Vancouver retains 800k. It may not seem like much, but it allows Tampa to save enough to keep Stamkos at the price many think Tampa can offer and still fill in the other spots enough to reach a 22 player roster.

Suter had a nearly 30 point season, while Jeannot regressed a bit. If cap is the issue maybe a 4th round pick would be adequate value.

Lol you're comparing Schneiders value to Miller? Seems odd.

I admit it may not be enough, but Hoglander nearly scored 25 goals and 40 points this season, at a cap hit of 1.1 million and still has upside. With the Rangers facing some cap issues, this may provide value for little cap commitment.

The last thing the rangers need is more wingers and Hoglander shot 20% so he’s most definitely due for regression next year

Yea the rangers have cap issues, so why would they get rid of the young RD they can afford? Usually teams get rid of the cap problem players and not young core players lol

Based on what? He’s been a bottom pair defenseman his career so far and he has no leverage. He’s projected at 2 years $2.1m. Wow super unaffordable

I'm comparing the absurdity of you thinking you can get a young stud RD for garbage, so if that's what Schneider is worth, that's what Miller is worth.

Hoglander is garbage? Hmm news to me.

Well Miller had over 100 points, Schneider? well he didn't.

I'm not denying Schneider has great upside. He logged just under 16 minutes per this season. Just slightly under 20 points and like I referred to before with the cap, sometimes players slip through the cracks, because teams need to allocate money for multiple players. Basic logic. We'll get there.

Doesn't mean he can't demand a trade or someone could offer sheet for more money.

There is a strong likelihood he resigns, but for argument sake, he could want more money and more responsibility.

He has no reason to demand a trade and OS never happen except on this site

Yea, 2 years $2.5m is enough and he proved himself above Trouba on the depth chart which he got

Doubtful you ever will. Schneider is a 22 year old right shot D that is big, skilled and plays physical and his play has just continued to improve each game he plays. He is a very RARE commodity and the NHL and a RW like Hoglander grows on trees, so keep dreaming and trying to quote nonsense stats. There is a reason you want Schneider, and its the same reason the Rangers are not trading him, and certainly not for garbage....yes...garbage.
