Can’t see marner waiving for Columbus and definitely can’t see don wanting another winger making 8.7 plus unless he moves out laine. Gaudreau will bounce back and is the one of the faces behind werenski and infront of Fantilli for now.

Montreal already has similar "players with potential" they don't have spots for them. They also only have 1 retention spot and players they prefer to use that on, so Jarnkrok and Kampf have no value to them unless Toronto gets the "something good" and includes that instead. The only guy Montreal may have interest in is Liljegren, and I'm not sure they'd want to pay him what he'd get in arbitration.

It's a trade of needs. Toronto needs Defense, well Montreal needs a top 6. I am looking at Knies (I would also consider Cowan). Montreal does not need more bottom 6 forwards (especially more RFA to sign).

All that and still have a unworkable 20 man roster.
No poor team is making that Marner deal. They keep their pick and use their cap signings UFA(s).

No chance you get knies or cowan for anything in that trade.

Then offer something that makes sense for Montreal to accept.

You should also read "how to understand Sarcasm books".

This is a discussion board. Even if we only get to have it for another month. Some people put the work in on the trade, some people discuss on them proposing other players, then we have you. Not adding anything to the table.

lol People getting upset when they find out they posted embarrassing things online.
And getting triggered at the people who pointed it out.
Next time, just say thank you for the lesson.

Wow... Habs not only decline, they throw up...
Habs don't want your whole collection of mids.

Xhekaj is not going to the Leafs.

Ridiculous proposition
