these trades are horrible-- vancouver doesn't want staals contract for four years and that skjei trade is god awful for the rangers

A team can only retain on 3 contracts and Vancouver has already retained on Jannik Hansen to San Jose and Roberto Luongo to Florida.

Edler is good but Skjei+, no. As a Rangers fan i'd say too much to give up.

Vancouver can only retain on one more player, So take your pick both Sedins and Edler can't be retained only one of them.
