You don't trade for Duchene and play him on the wing. One of his best attributes is his face-off ability where he has won them at an impressive 58% and 63% the last two years. He's also more of a pass first center than a scoring center. He's typically a 20+ goal guy with a shooting percentage around 10-12% range. Bozak is another strong face-off guy and a pass 1st center so he's not an option on the wing either. They could move Malkin to wing, but why mess with a great thing.

No clue why you would not only trade Sheary for only picks, but have just a 2nd and a 3rd. Sheary had 53 points in 61 games (.87 average), and has a very team friendly 3 year deal, that makes him a pretty good asset. No reason for the Pens to sell low on him.

I like Bozak, obviously redundant if you trade for Duchene, but I do think he would be a very good 3C for one year. I do think it will cost a bit more than that for him.
