R. Murray, B. Jenner and a prospect for Duchene would be more realistic. Bid Z will be back with the avs, just working on finalizing the term. Avalanche have nothing to lose this year, waiting on Duchene has been frustrating, but it will end better than what you think.

Zads isnt going to the KHL....hes was in Miami working out, and Sakic has already said they have agreed on a 2 year deal and just discussing money. But lets just make things up to justify your point.

They dont want Murray, so this trade is a disaster for the Avs if all they are doing is swapping out Zads for Murray. They want Bjorkstrand and Carlsson. If Carlsson isnt in the deal, they arent trading with the Jackets from all rumours Avs beat writers are hearing
