Rangers, may I ask why your asking price for a third pairing defenseman is so high?

because of his potential. He's an extra d-man now but he has the potential to be a good #5 guy, maybe even a #4.

Even if Claesson becomes a good #5 guy like you say he can, he's not worth two seconds. He's not even worth 1 second. Luke Schenn is a good #5 guy, and he was essentially traded for a third round pick. You've got to lower your ask dude. It's the only way you actually get something done here.

B. Your highest Priority who put in a claim

You follow A so he is yours, feel free to add him to your team.

If nobody else claims him in 20 hours, 28 minutes, and 11 seconds, he's all yours.

If I remember correctly, Abraham Lincoln made Thanksgiving a national holiday to be celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. Not sure why though.

Uh... that's not what I meant, RAIF...

He's not gonna garner anything close to that because he's a bottom pairing dman getting more time than he should. He's shared some ice time with EK, but that doesn't make him good. For example, Zach Hyman and Micheal Ferland are not top-6 players just because they play with Matthews and Gaudreau, respectively. The defensive Brodin, who doesn't suck, would be perfect next to the offensive EK, and you know it.

Edit: It could be a 1st or 2nd liner but i'd much rather pay the price for a 3rd/4th line RW.
2nd Edit: I'm getting close on a deal for a RW so never mind.
3rd Edit: I've never had to make 3 edits before, lol. You can still ask, but i'm only willing to trade for your RW if the other deal doesn't get done.
