You do understand Claeson is NOT worth a 3rd, right?
He hasn't even played a full NHL season and has only 20 total points in 3 years for games he did play at the NHL level.
That's simply not worth a 3rd.

Can you explain why you’re price is so much higher than he’s worth, even after every single GM has told you that the price is too high?

That's simply not worth a 3rd.


If you're not interested, you don't need to say you aren't, you can just ignore the post, that's what i always do if i'm not interested in a player.

He hasn't done much yet, but he played pretty good last year in the playoffs, and i think he has potential. I might consider Claesson and a later pick for a 3rd.

His contract is originally 4.6 so hes already 50% retained, I cant retain anymore than that.

Would also be interested in trading Curtis Lazar is your interested in taking him back :P

First of all, you can't take back more cap? I didn't know that. I thought if you traded for someone you could retain some more even if the other team already retained 50%. Anyway, no, i meant we'd give you some cap. Not interested in Lazar. We could talk on my page/your page anyway.

2. The same percentage must be retained for both the player’s salary and Salary Cap Hit, and cannot be modified.

3. All teams are limited to a maximum of 3 retained salary contracts per season.

4. Teams cannot retain an aggregate amount of more than 15 percent of the Salary Cap Upper Limit.

5. Players’ contracts are limited to 2 retained salary transactions per contract.
