Do the rules of this website permit me to make an Assistant GM thread in this section to be sticked so we can converse (Privately) <--- LOL I've asked the BOE, but have yet to receive any response. I think maybe you would know just as much as them about this so I'm asking you as well.

No, new threads may only be posted with BOE approval. We will only allow threads relevant to everybody to prevent cluster. You can converse with your AGM privately through Twitter or something. A thread in a public forum would not be private.
