You'd be getting an elite defenseman, a guy who's a legitimate Norris threat, a terrific 2nd line center that's needed to make a deep run, and you'd be shedding 7.5M in wasted space in Spezza. That's 10% of your cap that's leaving, and then bringing in two guys that would probably make your roster the best in the Western Conference, if not the entire league.

If you're interested in forming a super-pairing, having either Ekholm or Josi paired with Klingberg would be pure gold. I could also take back Spezza's contract (which essentially holds negative value), so you'd be freeing up a ton of cap space as well.
