You 100% wouldn't do a defenseman? You have to give to get, and Josi is a top 5 defenseman in the league and a ridiculously team friendly contract.

Honka is a really good D prospect. The controllability of Roman Josi makes it worthwhile IMO. Even if you don't see him as top 5, he's in the top 10 at least. The only contract that you could argue is a better value than his is Kucherov's contract.

Is there another area of need I could help you address with this deal? If you want to upgrade from Spezza as your 2C, I could offer MIka Zibanejad. He's scoring at almost a point per game this year, and would be the ideal #2 on a Cup contender, but could definitely play as a #1 if Seguin were to get hurt.
