OK so AA is allowed to be offer sheeted because Jack Eichel wasn't around exactly when you guys agreed for it to happen to say " I want to sign AA".......
We are still looking into whether or not AA will count against the cap if he goes to the KHL
Thats funny because Mr Cap nulled any offer sheet attempt because he " said I want to sign X player" because he happened to be online at that time? Yet Jack Eichel isn't online at that very time to say "I want to sign this player" so he isn't given any warning?
BTW Jack Eichel already unofficially signed AA to a contract on his page but I guess that doesn't count, right?
I don't think the "arbitration" should work the same in this case. He should be able to put forth his contract he wants to sign those guys to and if it's better and more reasonable than the offer sheets then he gets them or he matches the offer sheet that the BoE determines is sufficient.

I was unaware of that. I would have to confer with the BOE on whether that constitutes "filing for arbitration"
This is a message from the BOE officially reversing our offer sheet process. Due to circumstances relating to lack of GM knowledge and lack of planning in advance, offer sheets are no longer eligible to be submitted and only Colorado, Detroit, and Columbus are eligible to sign Zadorov, Athanasiou, and Anderson respectively. Sorry for the inconvenience.
