I would like to have Jon Merril but I think the Hawks have given Vegas enough at this point. I wouldn't also give them Fortin and a pick for him. Maybe like Baun and the same pick. "future considerations" has to be good for something.

Also if John Mitchell makes the Hawks team I am going to be very very disappointed.

I don't like the idea of moving Fortin either, but if John Mitchell makes this team it will be because of his success in the face-off circle. We struggled at the dot way to much last year, so if he is good at the dot, around 53-55% and is good on the PK and gets a lot of our d-zone starts I won't be too upset
