Kevin Bieksa cannot be placed on waivers since he has a NMC. He can be traded per @TonyStrecher post, however.

I moved Bieksa back to the big club, which puts me at 24 players, BUT Reaves will be a waiver claim and subsequently removed once I know his final destination and again back to 23.

In the real world he was been waived twice this season. I’d be disappointed to find out I can’t waive him in our armchair world.

he has a NTC clause. So he could be traded once but if you trade him he has to pass through waivers first since he was a waiver claim.
