Call me a crazy Canucks fan, but I wouldn't do this deal if I'm Van. Not because I think that the Sedins are better than Crosby or that Virtanen is the second coming of Cam Neely, because neither of those are true. The reason is we're giving up the better futures (possibly a lottery pick this year) in the deal, and even adding Crosby and Letang won't turn this team into a championship calibre squad. For a minimal overall upgrade in the present we're sacrificing building a future contending team. Having Crosby and Letang would definitely put butts in the seats though.
