Each team in reverse order of the Power Ranking will have priority on Waiver Claims. Ties within the Power Rankings are being sorted out later tonight.

After the first wave of Waiver Claiming, any waiver placement in the correlating thread, GMs will have 48 hours to make such claim. If a GM would like to make an anonymous please contact the BOE offline.

Claims will be officially open during the first intermission of the Flyers game tonight, which will give the BOE an appropriate amount of time to work out internal issues.

Edit : Please note that any player that you claim, you must claim. There is no period to reconfirm the claim. Either you want the player or you don't. It's that simple.

Each GM now can now place a claim on a player; the following criteria must be met:

1.) GM has a contract spot(s) for player(s) claimed
2.) GM must have appropriate cap room
3.) GM must have active roster spot available
4.) GM cannot move claimed player for "x" amount of time*

The BOE is also adding any FA player that signed after September 15th until October 12th to the Waiver Claiming. AAV and contracts are still pending BOE vote, however, it can be noted that the last time we talked about signing FAs, the max contract would have been 1 year x 1,000,000 AAV.
