The biggest thing would be a package that rounds out my roster. Ideally, I'd take a downgrade on a defenseman (but still a very good one), getting a quality 3C, plus either a winger or a future piece.

Zadorov isn't exactly the defenseman I'd be looking for in a Josi deal. I just took a look at your team, and I don't see a defenseman that I'd be interested in here (besides Vlasic, but his NTC has already been moved once). The only way that I move him here is if I have a massive collection of high picks and prospects coming as well.
I'd need some collection of picks and prospects. It'd have to be fairly significant, because Hall is the younger, better player, and is on a much better contract than Oshie is.

It would be fine, except that Oshie's contract is too long. The only way that I'd be willing to take that in exchange for a premier winger in Hall is if you add a first. See where I'm coming from?
