yes, its just a whole lot harder since twitter is where private trade negotations happen. you can reach out to any of the teams on the team page in the forum though to see if theres any takers.

the simple answer is yes. the complicated answer is you have to find a team willing to take on an AGM to communicate to without twitter. https://www.capfriendly.com/forums/gm-game-v4 here is a link to the team pages drop a chat on the teams you wanna be an agm for.

Twitter isn't a requirement but nobody will take an AGM without twitter. Nobody wants to publicly state their trade talks on CF

Maybe but its a lot harder. Don't see why twitter couldn't be set up on your end, but yeah, very low chances. Twitter allows more frequent messaging, and everyone is on there, so you can contact other GMs. Not everyone uses an email for the game but everyone uses twitter...

Yeah I am the GM of Carolina, and also on the Board of Governors for the game.
